I can't believe how nice everyone is at this office ....and Dr Jack, well he walked into the examination room like an old friend . He puts you right at ease and he pulls no punches. He told us straight up what was needed and what the cost would be....no second guessing.. And he was so gentle and caring with our Rusty...that means everything to me. The girls at the front desk set up an appointment for us and when I called to ask a few questions about the procedure they answered all of my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Brilliant!!! I feel so confident in the care my dog will receive .
