Clinic Policies

In an effort to serve our clients and patients better and be able to get patients in on a timely basis we have set out several new policies. This is not to punish clients. Recently, we have had many people completely miss appointments with no advance warning. We have many patients on our cancellation list that need to be seen and could have been, if not for a few bad actors.
 
Time is specifically reserved for each patient. Therefore, when sufficient notice is not given to cancel or change an appointment or you do not show for your appointment, it does not give us enough time to contact another patient on our waiting list who would otherwise benefit from coming in earlier.
 
When a convenient appointment is agreed upon, we feel that a commitment has been made. We understand that rare emergency situations may occur, and under those circumstances we can completely understand. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect and if sufficient notice has not been provided, a $65.00 charge may be charged to your account. More than one missed appointment or short notice cancellation and we may require you to make a deposit for future appointments.
 
Due to the special time concerns for surgeries we require at least one week notice of cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice or missing a surgery appointment may result in a $100 charge being added to your account.
 
If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment we will do our best to fit you in but you may be asked to reschedule or wait until our next available appointment.
 
We will always do our best to call one or more days before your appointment to remind you of your appointment. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule, we do not always have time to call and remind people of appointments. We also have an email and a text reminder system in place for appointment reminders. Text and email reminders are our primary means of reminders. It does require you to opt into this system with reception.

*Please be aware that we are not open all Saturdays. Please call ahead.
